Friends of Mabureh Organization is now a registered NGO in Sierra Leone. The organization will not only limit its operation in Mabureh but a desire to work in all the provinces within the country. You can help make a difference in Sierra Leone and help make the world a better place.

December 18, 2009 school commissioning celebration

This celebration was as a result of a junior high school been built for this community.

Projects ahead this 2010 

LONG TERM PROPOSALS

·        Constuction of a skills training centre for the drop outs and illiterate youth in the community to help     them become self reliance

·        Construction of a guest house for visitors coming from abroad

·        Construction of staff quarters to attract trained and qualified teachers into the school

·        Construction of a multi-purpose building

·        Construction of a Church

·        Encourage micro credit projects to empower women and get them involved in developmental activities  

SHORT TERM PROPOSALS

·        Construction of the primary school building from grades 1-6 including a staff room headmasters office and a store and construction of a ventilated improved pit (VIP) toilet for staff and pupils in school
