Testimonies from the Mabureh Community in Sierra Leone-West Africa

The testimonies received from parents, guidance, students and teachers are immense.  The community of Mabureh is extremely happy and overwhelmed on the great development in their community. Over the years there had been no support from government for a school in the community.

They expressed their joy for the kind support they had received from donors in Canada. The erection of a 85ft x 25ft three classroom junior high building had been the rumour of the day in the Mabureh village and its surroundings.

Chief Pa Alimamy Bangura: Is amazed on the progress of the building project. He sends his sincere thanks and appreciation to all those that had donated.

Sorie Bangura: A teacher of Mabureh School expressed his thanks and appreciation to all those that had donated on this cause.

Co-ordinator and principal Maxwell Kargbo: Is so much impressed the way in which sponsors in the west had reacted to their aid on the Mabureh building project. He says thank you to all those that had donated on this cause. The roof, floor pavement, and classroom doors had been completed and plastering had just started.

The entire students of Mabureh School:  Say their thanks and wishing all their sponsors the best and hoping that someday few of their donors will go to Sierra Leone in Mabureh and see the foundation of hope that they have constructed in their village and lives.
